The first step is to discuss in detail your vision and desires for your space. This can be done on a home visit, at a showroom or over the phone.
Our designers will take into account the existing interior design throughout the property as well as your vision to create the perfect design.
3D Visuals
Every Portland project is drawn using professional design software providing you with complete 2D plans and and elevations and a 3D 360 colour visual to ensure that we meet your expectations before getting commitment to any project.
Our team we will work closely with you to refine your designs until you are completely satisfied before signing off the plans and visuals of the project.
Payment
Once you are completely happy with the design and budget for your project, the next step is to arrange payment for the job.
Our experienced team will provide all the necessary documents to sign and talk you through this straightforward process in order to get your dream design becoming reality.
A typical Portland project costs between £2,500 - £35,000.
Delivery
Once payment has been made and your project has been manufactured, the Portland team will arrange delivery to the agreed address. (This is typically the property where the project is being installed due to the pre-made carcases being reasonably bulky).
The typical lead time from payment to delivery is 4-5 weeks.
Installation
Portland kitchen, home bar and utility rooms can be fitted by a recommended professional kitchen fitter. Alternatively you are welcome to arrange your own install by a local professional fitter.
